Absolute must use Florist in Dubai. My parents live in Dubai and I live in the US. I have tried to find a local florist in Dubai who will deliver AND take my US credit card. Both were hard to find. Black Tulip was a breath of fresh air. Their website was easy to use and their payment portal accepted my US credit card. The flowers were delivered the next day and my mom loved them. Thank you Black Tulip for an excellent experience!
