  My ‘office’ back loves this place! Don’t expect to get sports massage but deep tissue one will sort those muscles as well

  One of the best massage in Dubai! the cilinic was so clean and the receptionists are very good and professionals. They will allow you to choose which treatment you want/need and they didn't fail to explain the differences of each treatment. The therapists named Annie and Tina were excellent! Me and my husband will surely be a regular customers. Thanks to Lyn and Kim for accommodating us so nicely. X

  I would have given this place a 5 star as the value for money and the masseuse was great .However, customer service was not great. Firstly, I didn't like how it was difficult to find your massage center. Your A4 size logo was not big enough to be easily seen as I exited the lift looking for your center. The entrace to your place looked like a hidden storage somewhere. Not what I expected when I searched your center before hand. Your receptionist was slighty rude and was not patient enough to explain to new customers like me where or how to go inside and exit your work place knowing that there's alot of detours/doors which makes it harder to find. As I was requiring help to find the exit lift she gave off a big sigh while showing me out. She also neglected to mention about parking regulations even after asking her if there's anything else I needed to do after the massage. I didn't like the fact that she gave an excuse that " I didn't specifically asked about it" even though she knew I called repeatedly regarding the parking beforehand. Kindly take note the bldg does not give you a ticket upon entering so it is automatically assumed that is for free but in fact it is not. 1 hour is for free (this too, she neglected to mention) Otherwise validate it with them. This info would have been easily given to customers who were asking for parking information as it should be like any other places . Surely you could have added that to the list of things your receptionist needed to inform clients. I was very frustrated as I left your premises. It was not a nice experience in the end. I will not be coming back regardless how good your masseuse was.

  One of the best massage center in Dubai. Sarah was very professional and her massage was just amazing! I totally recommend this place!!

  Anna is a lovely masseuse, very clean place following all covid protocols. Recommend you bring change for tips and exiting the car park as the payment machine doesn’t take cards or offer change.
