    I would like to Thank Better Homes for their help and support, special thanks to Kevin Singh (property advisor) & Nowar Khalid (conveyance officer) for their professionalism and easing the process for me. I would recommend Better Homes as they are very professional and a trustworthy real estate agency. have been dealing with Better Homes for the last 6 years and very pleased with their service.     I met up with Thomas Hepworth from better homes to view a property at aa Emmar property . I appreciate his professional coutresy of being punctional , specific in understanding my need , clarity in communication with reponse to my questions , very transperent in dealing and impecable to his promises
    A breath of fresh air when meeting Thomas ( if I may ) felt positive when delaing with him , as I have been viewing various properties this week . Thank you Better homes I have had delaing with you company before also a pleasurable experience hence my go to for priopertiee in Dubai . U have a great team

    Several comments note Better Homes to do a poor job for the tenants. They offer equally poor service for the owners and charge premium rates. What they include in "property management" is very restricted and for any additional service (which should be a part of the property management), they ask for additional charges. My previous agent was poor in communication. The current one is much better. I would have contracted another property manager if it did not involve me the cost of travel, lodging, etc. Thank you for responding. EDIT after the response. Thank you for responding. I improved the star ranking from 2 to 3 just because of it. I have previously discussed these matters with Better Homes. They are "part of the contract". For example., even if they pay a 100 AED utility bill for me that I cannot pay because North American credit cards do not work on some platforms in UAE, Better Homes would charge me AED 500 (yes, five hundred for a 5 minute online or by cheque payment from my own money!). Other property management services take care of such matters as a part of the job. I was naive when I signed up with Better Homes. Now I know there are much better services out there and move to one when I next visit UAE.

    We just moved in a property 'managed' by better home . A total disgrace the way Better home handle the issues we face ( brand new house). Facing issues in a new Villa is normal but Better home does not care about tenants at all. Lets say you rent a car with Hertz and the AC does not work, there is no spare tires and the window dont open . You call Hertz call center and they tell you 'Please contact Z company who provide the AC for our cars, call W company for the windows as its the company who provide the windows and call the car manufacturer as well for the spare tire"... But Sir I signed the rental car contract with you guys! Well now you have the full picture of the service Better Home provide as 'property management' a disgrace

    Better Homes provided us with highly professional, effective and efficient services.

    Joy Kirby's conveyance service was fantastic. She Simplified the sales process very well and provided complete transparency. She worked with us diligently to make sure everything went smoothly.

    Our agent, Milos Kostic, was involved from beginning to end of our sale. His sound advice and excellent market knowledge made our sale a lot quicker than anticipated.

    Get everything in writing and make sure it is in the contract. They have no control over anything and it all comes down to the Landlord. Terms can easily change and if it's not in the contract, its useless.

    What a joke!
    You call them about a property they have advertised. They take your details. Fair enough but then some receptionist calls you back and asks if you are still interested. When you say yes they keep you on hold for five minutes and then tell you that the agent isn't available! Ok fine but why call me in the first place! Now what's more annoying is the constant barage of text messages advertising everything else! They also sell your information onto other companies! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HARASSED

    Horrible experience! Agents chasing us until they got their money and then..nothing! Silence! In the end they gave away the property we reserved and we had to start from the scratch! Waste of time! Luckily there are many other agents in the region..

    Bad company, Worst Support, No Respect for tenants. Their Maintenance team is so bad and they don't reply to any request no matter how urgent it is and how important is the issue.

    Scary money story! Better Homes managed my 15 properties for many years, suddenly the money held in my portfolio vanished, due to "accounts mistakes, system glitches and many excuses " Nobody replied after that, neither managers nor customer care, now a lawyer is dealing with that. Don't trust in Better Homes to care your properties, if you did, you should go and review all payments done/deposits/ internal PC transfers from the beginning.

    Awful experience and terrible attitude from a direct manager of the agent we dealt with. Poor processes. A pretty horrible experience and a very rude accusational direct manager. Went to another real estate company who was able to find us a home without any of the stress that Better Homes put us through. Better Homes are definately not customer focused at all.
