We had a fantastic experience with James. He was instrumental in securing our dream home. We were first-time buyers in Dubai, and James helped us through all the tricky paperwork, processes, and local red tape. He also gave us valuable advice on different locations and communities around Dubai. Once we found the ideal home, James handled the negotiations on our behalf. We always felt he had our interest at heart and was never pushy throughout the process. During the post-sale phase, he was always available to answer any questions or queries.

I am extremely disappointed in the service. We recently leased an apartment in Dubai Marina and when the handover was done, the apartment was not cleaned properly, 2/3 AC's not working, electricity cuts out in half of the apartment and a handful of other smaller maintenance issues.

After staying for the first 2 days we started to cough and feel ill. We were suspecting there was mold in the AC's and wrote an email to address the issue. With no response after 2 days, we had to contact them again regarding the mold since the condition was unliveable and we could barely stay in the apartment. Still no direct response regarding the mold and multiple calls to the maintenance team without them picking up the phone.
We then decide to bring an external company Saniservice to check the AC's and to our surprise the AC's were filled with black mold. This got us extremely worried for our health, since we've been coughing and feeling ill. We then try to reach them again showing the report of black mold made by Saniservice, but it is extremely difficult to get any answers. Instead we have to call the manager, since were getting very frustrated by not receiving any help in this serious matter. After speaking to the manager, we finally got some responses. We told them to use a specific disinfection service, since black mold can be dangerous and difficult to remove and we've heard that they're experts in removing mold compared to other. Instead they refuse to use Saniservice and send someone else - we were scared the mold would not be removed completely, since we've heard others had the same experience.

After a lot of hassle, they finally had the alternative team clean the ACs. Sadly, we were still coughing and that made us suspect that there still was mold. We then paid for another inspection from Saniservice and they found that the AC's were still filled with mold and dust.

We have now tried to contact the maintenance team, but it's been 3 working days and we haven't received an answer on our 3 emails. We're still scared for our health and after 2 weeks barely anything has been fixed.

The communication is extremely poor from their end and we're very sad that we've chosen to rent the apartment through their services. So to conclude, the experience has been extremely bad and very stressful. We would not recommend anyone to use this company!

Worst real state ever. They were never able to perform all the maintenance work that was required in the apartment or directly did not respond. Every time I had to contact them it was a nightmare because I had to insist a lot. They do not give correct information about the apartment, they told me that the air conditioning services were included in the rent and then I had to pay it by surprise lots of disorganization. Horrible customer care services because they do not listen any request or complaint they just ignore you. Last issue almost one month since I left the apartment, still waiting for my security deposit back. Last time I have to deal with a real state company in Dubai. Thanks God my new lease apartment is directly with landlord management.

Withheld part of deposit against terms of contract and refused any further communication until I threatened the landlord with legal action in the UK. Also had number of maintenance issues not resolved adequately. Only rated 1 star as I can't post 0.

I have been with Exclusive for just over 5 years and their service is excellent, professional and know Dubai law well. I have also granted them POA for both my apartments as this has been a relationship of genuine trust to act on my behalf particularly as I live in another country. It's really good to know that you can rely on them when things need urgently doing or things go wrong. This is what I really appreciate knowing that someone is there looking after your main interest and they can effectively sort things out for me without making a special trip to Dubai. I deal with a number of staff at exclusive but in particular Jennie Anderson who has been assigned to me as my property manager and the support I get is excellent. Exclusive are a very experienced long established company and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a peace of mind.
