  I love Belhasa school i Have 2 Rta road final test fail but inshallah next time iam pass I don’t know why iam fail I am good driver I think iam little bit nervous felling with examiner iam to much request for Saif Ahmed I have a money problem next time I will don’t pay more please pass me iam promise iam good driving saif Ahmed love you a lot .

  i had a very good experience with Belhasa Driving, i got license very easily and all staff is very friendly and caring, and specially THANKS to my instructor Mr. Muhammad Ali.
  Mr. Ali is very cooperative and professional instructor with good Knowledge. i am totally satisfied with everything

  Absolutely poor Customer Service, The staffs are completely unprofessional ; The people on the counter to book appointment are on the phone and your like asking them but seems your talking to ghosts or yourself.

  The school is good but I have changed two teachers till I met Mrs Shakeela. Till that time I wasn’t learning well because of other teacher as I more were scared from them and the way they talked with me was rude and mad. But thanks Allah, now my teacher is Mrs Shakeela, she is so kind and explains very gently. It makes me learn faster and with her I don’t afraid to make mistakes or repeat, she is absolutely amazing!!!

  If you are keen on your time, don’t waste it in this place.
  They have a problem in the scheduling system. They give me wrong information and accordingly, they recorded absences and when I show them the wrong schedule the gave me, they asked me to adapt according to the instructor availability’s. Why should I pay for their mistakes?

  This "school" is very bad! I have Started my classes on August 2017 also i have spent almost 12000 Dhs i did extra lessons and exams! instructors giving poor and contradicting instruction. Assessments are failed for the smallest things and the extra time and classes just add to the expense. Over 12,000 dh spent here and eight months later still having to do re-assessments and extra classes. SB you should be ashamed of yourself, your staff and you money before people policy! Also Whenever calling to the branch there is no response and the customer service peoples are very bad there nothing its Zero

  I always wamted to join bdc. However, after becoming a student in it, I realised that it's a NIGHTMARE. Customer service is very careless they let you talk with yourself all of them except the security guy in the main gate (Al Jaddaf branch) he's the only one who works fruitfully. Instructur always teaches me for an hour and 20 minutes max and my class is supposed to be for 2 hours the sad thing is that I pay for full 2 hours I talked to him once and still he does not care he is always coming late and leaving earlier, most of the students their experienced the same thing about their instructures. My instructor told me to book a night class after going to the class and paying for my uber they told me that the instructor forgot to give them the "card" and I should come another day and book for another time. Free transportation will only work after the drivers humiliate you.
  
  In summary:
  Instructors never answer their phone!
  
  They will never teach you for full 2 hours for example if your class is from 12:30 to 2:30 instructur will not be visible and he will not answer his phone unless it's 12:40 minimum then he will come as if nothing happenedhe will teacj you till 2:00 maximum and if you ask him why he will say I'll teach you more next class and of course he will ignore you then!
  
  Tell free phone number never pickup which is 800BELHASA this is the thing that i hear for hours " One moment please your call is being transfered to customer service"!
  
  Staff their are very bad they don't listen and they don't work.
  
  Free transportation is another nightmare a guy called NAWAB he refused to talk to me he was very impolite with me some of them even don't speak english or arabic!

  Worst driving center ever. They had been removing instructors from Belhasa for their advantages. So that they can hire new instructors who would work for low salaries. My dad had been working here since 2001. I never believed that belhasa would be that much bad.

  Very spacious office building. Good ambience. Long experienced training centre. Suitable for all age groups. Trainers are arrogant as usual.
