Had my hair done with Malika, It was supposed to be Ombré but the color is seriously awful I have another appointment in another salon to fix it, she told me that my hair needed a cut just a fix I told her that I don’t like my hair short and didn’t want her to take a lot of its length now my hair is so short and the cut is awful I’m so unhappy with the result I’ve been staring in the mirror for the past two days and I can’t like it not for one bit, the other thing the price is so ridiculous they charged me AED 1600+ for ombré! And the worst thing she didn’t tell me the cost of anything while she was doing my hair. Anyway I really would NOT recommend hair coloring or hair cuts.
On the other hand I had LVL eyelash treatment and it was one of the best! Would definitely recommend!report this review -

Beauty Spot is one of the few Salons that Walks the Talk! I called the Salon day before yesterday asking for help for my hair since another Salon had completely ruined my hair by coloring it 3 times (also using bleach for highlights and toner twice)- the color was wrong. BeautySpot instantly responded offering help, by first understanding the problem and then accommodating time to help fix my hair. Finally yesterday when I reached the Salon, the experience was excellent because the effort taken by the stylist and the team was extremely humbling considering the never give up attitude and the patience displayed. To top it all, at the check out they did not charge me for the multiple times of hair color we had to use to tone down the mess my hair was in, really appreciate the hospitality and the understanding by the Salon.
Highly recommend the salon, extremely helpful, patient and solution oriented.

The BEST spa manicure and pedicure on The Palm! In fact, in Dubai. Customized treatments and attention to detail is what keeps me coming back. Friendly staff and lovely view too. Amazing Cappuccinos :)

I have been a Beautyspot client for 10 years and it is always a breath of fresh air to visit the team who pay attention to detail and focus on quality of service. I have been blonde, brunette, had long hair short hair, occasion hair and hair extensions from the Beautyspot team and they never fail to impress. If you are looking for professionalism in all round service from receptionists to stylists, and high quality products then this is the salon for you.

The salon atmosphere and the service from all staff is excellent! Everything is high quality, from the selections of complimentary drinks to nail technicians, the hair stylists and the receptionist. I highly recommend beautyspot.

Bad services. Bad pedicure. Cheap hair extensions with high price. The only good service is removing nail extensions. They fool ladies that all their hair extensions are high quality unfortunately after couple of days you will notice that you have been fooled after paying 3000+ Dhs
