  Place an order through Talabat and paid. After some time, with out even a courtesy call order was canceled. Realized later when other restaurants were closed.
  Poor customer service because I’m a regular customer and will never recommend the restaurant to any of my friends in the building. Because if they don’t value a customer then the staff will not value the quality of the brand itself. May be I place the order when it was about to close. If that is the case you should not accept the order or could have call me. Really really disappointed

  Greetings, Bukhari Restaurant. I hope business is good. I am quite dissatisfied and feel terrible for posting this kind of review. After praying at midday today, I ordered dinner, and the restaurant manager told me it will arrive in a half-hour. However, what actually happened is even worse to relate, even though I'm doing it here to attempt to prevent other people from doing badly. I had really poor service and food around 3:20 PM, and I felt let down and disappointed.
  
  Even response also I didn't receive on a proper manner.

  Attitude of the people who is taking order in not friendly.
  to make order more than AED 16/- DHIRAM they are not able to delivery the on time. really very upsetting

  There is no responsible guy here to talk, I have ordered 2 hours ago and now they are not picking the call should have been given -ive stars if available so non responsive
