Fantastic Place. The level of service provided by Peter and his team goes above and beyond. A regular visitor for 8 years, the place gets bigger and better every year. The Thunder Road pizza joint is an amazing addition. To find craft beers, produced by a friend in a little village outside Edinburgh on the shelves here is fantastic! A wide and eclectic, ever-changing mix of fantastic tipples.

Good prices and verity of stuff. A little out of the way if you live in Dubai but totally worth the trip if you want to stack up. They don’t have tax charge either like Dubai does (30% rate). If you can make your way to one of the resorts, it would be a lovely time.

No social distancing at all. The Friday before Ramadan was packed, once inside it was like a jumble dale for booze. The sign on the way in stated max 60 people, easily double that amount. Usual fantastic drinks selection and price's. Just a shame they couldn't of made a better, safer system.

Perhaps the best liquor store in the country.
Excellent venue with rich selection of all kinds of drinks.

Only drawback the driving distance, but you can moderate it by ordering through their app (they prepare the order and there’s no wait) and having a meal at the adjacent THUNDER ROAD restaurant

There is one real reason to go there.. and for that it is not a disappointment.

But the service quality has deteriorated over time. It was a lot more fun to visit the place a few years ago than today Hope it becomes less like a trading shop vs a friendly neighbourhood shop

Amazing range and great prices. Look for their special promotions on selected products, cheaper than most duty free shops. Do enroll in their loyalty plan on mobile app, get further discounts.
Helpful and somewhat knowledgeable staff. Hassle free check out. Assistance in packing and loading to your car. Enjoy. Cheers.

Nice place adjacent to beach. Very old and famous place. People from Dubai and other emirates visit this place to get their liquor stock. They have offers on various brands. You can see this place crowded during weekends. Easily accessible and lot of parking slots available.

Been to few places like this here, but Barracuda has no competition. Choice of wines is awesome. Service is great. Only minus is distance if you leave in Dubai. But it is worth to come and buy here. 10/10

Outdoor camping place for families with overnight stay and access to Dreamland Aqua park. Barbeque items and equipments provided by them also breakfast buffet provided.
A mini zoo to go along with waterpark keeping the kids happy and a pool bar for the adults.
Overall a nice place if you like the outdoors.
You may choose to stay in a tent or a cabana both options are available.
Would recommend a cabana if it's not winter.

Best and widest selection of good stuff in the UAE. A bit far out but worth the ride.

Staff is generally very good, only few individuals occasionally seem to be a bit challenged in their knowledge and language skills.

Great selection in Wines, Scotch, Beers, Single Malt Whiskeys etc. Good offers. Helpful staff. Ample parking space. They even have a nursery outside the shop. Also a play area for kids while the adults shop. Just one shop to stock up your bar.

A must stop at location.
Really good prices. Vast selection of wines and drinks. Huge specials. They even have a barracuda app. Nice restaurant outside. Pretty garden as well, where you can buy plants and trees.
Top tip. On the way out there is a abandoned plane on a run way. Very interesting story there, go take a look and some photo's.
I got a 12 pack of Savanah for 36 aed. Amazing.

Just 45 minutes drive from Dubai and you are already here. Everything is sold here from wines to beers of the world to liquors as well as hard liquors. They usually have promotions as well so you should look at for it. Very helpful staff and parking us free too..

No clear information about opening hours. If you call a recording says open 7 days. If you try to speak to someone personally no one replies. I was calling Thunder Road Restaurant and they were so helpful to tell me that it is closed now, noon, and will open7 PM.

By far the best off-license I have ever been in, more resembling a well stocked duty free shop in an airport than an off-license. Good wine collection, and great spirits collection. Prices are very reasonable compared with all others in the UAE.

Interesting place. Firstly, you do not need an alcohol license to buy alcohol here.

They do have a very large selection of lower quality wines at a very good price, better than the bars and alcohol shops in other Emirates. Their selection of fine wines is much more limited.

As to liqueurs, they do have a very wide range of the standard brands but nothing particularly unusual in my opinion.

Good and worth a visit if you are having a party and want a large amount of alcohol but if you want the much higher end staff then you need to stick to the MMI's, A&E's and airport duty free.

Very convenient location near Baracida resort, plenty of parking and great Italian restaurant near by. Prices are lower than in RAK or Dubai shops and liquor license is not required for shopping.

Barracuda is a great place to get some beers.
There is a huge selection of most popular beers here, and as a westerner,really reasonable prices too.
Buy 6 or 24 packs of beers, single bottles of wine and all spirits. Smirnoff, jagermeister, Desperado, Guinness, Heineken, the list goes on.
The only issue is that there is no refrigerator to chill the drinks, no problem if you are buying them to drink at home.
