The treatment and care i got from this clinic was really stupendous.A caring and very friendly doctor and staff nurse.

Also,witnessed an awesome teamwork among the staffs.

One of the best clinic of Aster which I had ever visited, they are accepting mostly all the insurance in Dubai, no matter whether it’s a low end one or a premium one. The clinic seems to be busy most of the time, as their doctors and excellent and staffs too. Getting an appointment will be bit difficult here, but still they accommodate as walk in, which obviously will consume some- time of our day. The service part is excellent and the staffs are so courteous.

Overall this facility is trying their level best to deliver excellent service irrespective of the crowd, which is highly remarkable and truly recommended. Hats off to you team, and thanks to the management

It's located near the DAFZA metro station, Al Qusais. A very busy branch in the area. Staffs are very friendly and pleasing. Dermatologist is available in this branch but always busy. Need to take an appointment to meet. They will entertain the walk-in customers as well.

I appreciate the staff from the front desk who assisted me to be able to have consultation with the Dermatologist. My insurance requires to see the GP first and an approval to be referred to the Specialist and waiting time needs to be considered for this part, however, I appreciate a lot the help of the 2 (Receptionist/Billing/Insurance Coordinator), who allowed me to see the Specialist right away once they received the approval. It was very busy that day, and I’m just a walk-in patient and I saw how they do 2-3 different things at the same time, yet they managed to smile and give the best service as they can. 😊 Even the nurse who assisted me was loaded with a lot of patients, but she still can manage to smile and be polite. And most of all, Dr. Sabna, who handled my case very well. I love how she has treated me with compassion and sincerity.

We have experienced a very good time when ever we visited Dafza aster clinic.one of the best allrounder clinic.All the staffs are very helpful especially the nurses, and Dr.Roderic and Dr Anusree.Always they have a smiley face and they knows how to take care of patients from check-in to check-out. **FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY ** :)

Waiting time is something you need condiser while visiting. Book in advance to avoid huge delays.Im an expat living in UAE for 6 years and its not the first time iam visiting aster..but i wont visit them again

They charge alot of money these days. I went to see a GP beacuse i was a having a slight fever and cold.. it costed me More than AED 200 even after having insurancethats alot of money for me, considering its just a clinic and i had to wait for a long time..

I would rather prefer a hospital and get a better service and less waiting for that price

Service from nurses and staff was very satisfactory.

The worst service I have never seen. I waited 3 hours and my pain increased but still no help from clinic staff. There is a class level theory here. So I suggest never ever go there as you will also wait 3 to 4 hours. I even dont want to give one star. Its a worst clinic. Waste of time.

In short, a complete family clinic. Most all essential departments were available. The clinic is occupied with four General Medicine doctors, where one of them is a Family Medicine Specialist. The clinic also comprised of specialists like, ENT, Dermatology, Gynecology and Paediatrics.

The consultation modes here are classified into various systems, Appointments, Walk Ins and Report Review, were Appointment is the one with high priority and then comes Report Review and Walk Ins. Most of their process flow is clearly mentioned in the facility.

Had a good experience from the start until fully recovered from my sickness. Doctors and nurses never miss out to know about the patients condition until they are recovered. The reception people also are very transparent and explains the customers clearly about the insurance we are holding. I never had a confusion on getting refferal to meet the ENT specialist. All these explains why the clinic is busy all the time.

One of the best all rounder clinic. Variety of services available. Queue time is long and so the waiting time. Extremely professional doctors for treatments. Parking is sometimes difficult. Staff is friendly.

One of the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I would love to have them around if I ever get sick again. Dr. Hashim had been busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The gentleman that took my initial information was terrific, he too made me feel like I was the first patient of the day. I loved visiting and if I need their service again I know I will be welcomed.

Avoid this Aster at any cost unless you have very low expectations about professional medical care.

I've been to many Asters in the past and have a fairly good understanding and appreciation for their Aster promise. Though not my preferred Aster unit, I had to visit DAFZA clinic to collect a report for my wife ( Reg 51535, Nov 13). I found the whole clinic a mess and quite a disgrace to brand Aster for two key reasons.

1) I felt like I'm in a factory churning out prescriptions. There is usually a long queue to meet GP doc who checks patients with lower level insurance. You should feel lucky if you get 2 minutes inside his cabin for actual checkup on your ailment. He will spend another 2 minutes to write your prescription. If you ask any questions, prescription writing time will reduce to 1 minute. Better don't.

2) I reached the place at 9.20 am to meet GP, took the token and was first in line to meet him when he starts consulting at 9.30 am. At 10 am, when I didn't see the doctor, I asked the staff but they had no clue when he would arrive. Doctor walked in at 10:30 am. As is humane, I was expecting an casual 'sorry for being late' to start the conversation. Forget that, this particular doctor turned out to be the rudest one around. He was almost like he was paying me to be waiting and as the only doctor in UAE, he deserves to be late by 1 hour without any reasoning.

I asked him if this was normal behaviour and he asked me to complain wherever I want. Shocked, I told him that I would rather leave a public review for other patients.

Would recommend Aster Damascus St. for their far more professional staff and doctors.

I always use to consult Dr. Hashim Abbas and use to travel all the way from Abu Dhabi. His diagnose is excellent & prescription is very effective. I never found him prescribing bag full of medicine hoping out of full bag some one will work. He always listen to my problem very carefully & calmly. For me travelling from Abu Dhabi to Dubai is worth than playing with health.

Hello, I have visited aster clinic two times and I feel it's very organised, a bit rushy but efficient and friendly. Gynaecologist is great and I would certainly advice her. Dr Hashim is a great doctor who is not only concerned about treatment but also primary care of chronic diseases like diabetes. I would prefer him for any long term problem because he explains very well and remains strict with the patient just for their benefit. Loved Aster.

Appointment Service is In ASTER online or call center is not good at all. Never do you get call back , Even you call you dint get to speak to them. If you escalate the matter still they dont return the call . Bad service for staff and Nurse. But the Doctors are good .

You get the updates of your appointment and the facilities at their clinics and the staff are good, however the phone call management is exceptionally bad. The purpose of having a centralized Helpline is getting defied if they will connect to the respective clinic for answering the queries. Again the clinic will connect you to the doctor station which depends on your luck or they will offer a call back if you couldn't attend that call then the same procedure In between you will have to hear their advertisement which keeps giving the same information is more annoying that too when you have already listened more than once the same day It would be better if they could provide some health tips or simple music would be better.

When you asked for approval they will only inform you 3 days after the approval date which means you'll have a little time to go for another check up until the validity date. No one calls back even if you call them or followed up for a couple of times.

Aster hospital very near to Dubai Airport Freezone metro station. This one is no different from other Asters - Great doctors and good support from staffs. Dr. Roderic Mathew is just awesome. He is also available at Aster next to Sunrise (Damascus Rd), but check with the timings.
