  They serve customers as if like they are giving money to us from their account whereas the reality is because of the customers only they are able to sit on their seat.
  Pathetic customer service, their ATM cards has very low quality which they primarily import from India and sell it for higher to local customer in UAE.
  Not a reliable Team!!!

  Worst customer service ever especially if you are not an Indian. If you visit personally, they will treat you like air as if you don't exist in front of their faces. If you call them, it takes 5 or more attempts for someone to answer, and after explaining my issue they will pass the call to everyone, explain to each one of them just to be informed that I have to call another number. THE WORST. I REPEAT, THE WORST. You don't even deserve even a single star.

  Still I not go this bank but it's looking nice when I always see it from other side of river. River side scene give awesome look
