One of the best experiences I've had in my life. Worth every penny.
Saif who was out driver / guide was awesome, honestly such a down to earth guy who knew his stuff. He was informative as well as very friendly.
On the day we got picked up by Saif and went to next location for the next pickup, but the customers were running late. Saif did everything in his power to get these customers to the location, yes it caused A slight delay for us, but no harm and it was nice seeing go out of his way to save the day.
Our takeoff was slightly delayed due to the winds, but the experience was amazing.
Then through the desert in the vintage Land Rovers, over to a camp where we had breakfast.
Staff were awesome, the whole experience was awesome.response / report this review -

We just had the Balloon Adventure with Captain Andrew. The organization starting from pick up at the hotel, the welcome coffee und the instructions were professional and we felt safe the complete time. As it was a windy day we were told that at landing the basket will tip over. Even this was fun and added to the experience. As a bonus we had to falcons and their trainers on board. We were able watch a falcon flying around the balloon. The only catch was that at the time there was only the Balloon only experience. We would loved to do the complete experience.

This was one of my favorite experiences I have ever done on any vacation! Our driver Nikki picked us up at our hotel at 5 in the morning and we took a 45-minute drive to the desert. From there we got into a hot air balloon to watched the sunrise and I can honest say this was one of the best experiences in my life. The balloon ride was approximately 45 minutes and upon landing our driver Nikki picked us up where we then got to experience a true Arabic breakfast which was amazing! The atmosphere is something like you have never experienced before, and after we took camel rides! This is truly one unforgetting experience I would highly recommend to everyone!

My wife and I are a travel couple and we do a lot of different activities on our trips around the globe. But this one was unbelievable.
We started early in the morning with our trip to the desert. Picked up by our super tour guide Jakob. When we arrived at the starting point, we were welcomed with coffee, dates and a great drone show. As I am a drone pilot myself, that was just WOW! I loved it.
After the show we got some safety instructions how to beehive in the basket during flight and landing from our awesome pilot Capt. Arturas. He did such a great job. Thank you. After a few minutes the balloon was inflated and ready for take-off. The flight with the balloon was unforgettable. Even if I'm afraid of heights, I enjoyed the full flight and felt safe at all times. During the flight we got a lot of information how to navigate a balloon. Going up and down due to the different winds in different heights. And he gave us a lot of information about the beautiful surrounding. It was really an experience of a kind. I’m so glad I did it. Here again a big "THANK YOU" to our pilot Arturas.
To see the sunrise above the desert was awesome! Beautiful and breathtaking.
The landing was so smooth and we got picked up by Jakob in a wonderful old Land Rover, which brought us to the Bedouin camp for breakfast. The breakfast was rich of different kind of foods, from watermelon to pouched eggs. Everyone could find something they like. And all fresh and delicious.
After breakfast we had time to take pictures with a falcon and we did a short camel ride.
Sadly, time went so fast and we had to come back to the hotel.

If you want to be wowed, book a sunrise hot air balloon ride with these guys! From the moment our host, Houston picked us up we were blown away! The balloon ride, breakfast, vintage Land Rover ride and whole experience was absolutely amazing!! Loved every minute ❤

We had the most satisfting experience with this one!a sincere thanks to Mr Neil from the reservation team who bumped us up for an earlier date . Our drive Mr Amjad was professional, courteous and shared his vast experience of the desert, Bedouin culture wildlife and camel races. Our captain Mr Andrew briefed us about the landmarks that we were flying above and v had a very smooth landing. The breakfast gourmet was sumptuous and elaborate. The vintage drive was killer!

I have been in Dubai for 4 years and I can honestly say this is one of the best things I have ever done! From the experience itself to the wonderful (and unusual in Dubai) flawless service from beginning to end. Atif our driver collected us at the exact time agreed, he was chatty and competent and stayed with us until we got on the balloon, met us when we got off and looked after us well during the breakfast/vintage Land Rover experience. Our pilot (I cannot remember the name but he was Japanese) was also incredible, you could tell he was passionate about his work and was nothing but happy, informative and entertaining! Well worth the money and would definitely do it again!

Very nice experience, book it for my husband’s birthday and we made very nice memories. The staff are organized and helpful and everything was perfect and smooth. They even surprised us with a small cake, it was a nice gesture from them.

Very nice experience. To start with, pick up was on time no matter the early morning. Nikki our driver did a great job at putting us in the right mood and making us comfortable and relaxed on our way to the landing zone. All the staff showed great hospitality and sense of humor while still being professional at getting the balloon ready.
Flight was great ! Our pilot was fun and did a great job in changing altitudes so we could enjoy the desert and sunrise the best we could. Landscapes are breathtaking (it would even have been even more wonderful if some passengers could stop talking for nothing and enjoy the sightseeing ! ;-)). We felt secure all the way and really did enjoy all of it.
The breakfast and vintage drive to the site were enjoyable too. We are not too much into pictures with falcons or camel riding but still, talking with the falconer was interesting. Service and food were of good quality.

Me and my girlfriend got engaged on our balloon ride. The Captain and all the staffs surprised us with Non-Alcoholic Champagne. It was an unforgettable experience for both of us. We truly recommend Balloon Adventures Keep it up!
