Excellent services from DKC. They handled our dogs relocation from Canada and made the process so seamless and easy. They picked up the dogs from the airport, gave us updates and brought them home in wonderful shape. I would highly recommend DKC for anyone who needs assistance with relocating their pets.

Got 5-star experience from DKC's relocation services. They responded quickly, thoroughly and nicely to all our questions, even the middle-of-the-night phone calls during the transit. All the things were instructed so clearly that even though importing animals takes multiple steps of bureaucracy, I dropped all my concerns at the same second when I knew our dog landed to Dubai.

They also went an extra mile with taking care of our dog when there was hassle on behalf of the airline.

We were there to check the kennel out & had a few enquiries. There was a couple before us broading both a dog & a cat. Funny thing was, there were 2 staff engaged with the couple & 3 or 4 staff walking pass us but nobody seems to be bothered entertaining us.
Finally after 15 minutes or so, we were attended to by Linzi. She was extremely thorough with explaining how to transition our pup into the kennel & every details we needed to know when our pup is placed in their care.
Hopefully our pup will not change drastically after the experience as it wld be the 1st she will be away from us for so long.

It was my dog's first experience ever at a boarding facility; he had so much fun, made new friends. Knowing how much my dog loves to be outdoor, I knew I made a perfect choice. It's like sending your dog to a doggy resort.
We are looking forward to using their daycare. I highly recommend it. Very professional and friendly human beings work there. I wish we could give more stars. 🐾❤️

We moved from Dubai to Kuala Lumpur and had the whole export procedure of our two cats done by DKC. This was an absolutely positive experience from the first friendly and understanding contact with Shaila to the whole organisation of the export permit, boarding of our cats during the time when the movers came, health certificate until the drop off of the cats at the airport. First class service! Thank you Shaila, this was really super!!!

I absolutely love this placeprofessional and always smiling staff and clean kennels and playing areas. My dog loves this place and always happy to be there . A little expensive when it comes to boarding comparing to other places.

Great kennels and delivery service as well. They handled the importing of our dogs and it was stress free. Dogs have great space to play and always come back healthy and happy! Feel happy leaving my dogs there and the staff always know who my dogs are when I'm asking about them!

I would give 100 stars! Loved their clinic (cozy and nice), lovely staff everywhere with genuine smiles on their faces and great doctors (professional, helpful and gentle) and compared to other places even better prices. I went to quite a few clinics until now so i can compare the service&ambiance and prices and that is why definitely i feel/say DKC is exactly what my cat and I needed! Had great experience with them, i already refer this place to my friends because i trust this place & its staff and it feels so comfortable and nice to be there . Thank you DKC!

DKC helped me to relocate my cat from Toronto to Dubai (import permit only). DKC was the most helpful, friendly and cheerful relocation company in UAE (I've contacted several) from the very beginning. I am very happy that I've chosen their service.

Account manager Shannon was answering my never ending questions and always keeping me in the loop in the timely manner (even though there was big time difference). She informed me about upcoming import law changes (even before it was officially announced) so I was able to fast track whole process, without her it wouldn't be possible to relocate my cat.

Go ahead and use DKC services - you won't regret it. Thank you!
