Nice and comfortable hotel. Due to business travel I stayed here on several occasions. Rooms are good with all amenities. Breakfast is served on ground floor restaurant. Parking is available.

I am glad to had your services as your professional team have done the great work. They were on time. They did not even let me touch anything as they look after the things as their own. They were pleasant and polite, with very good communication skills. They transported the furniture very smoothly. There was no scratched on the furniture. Every thing was in a same manner as in the old place.

Ayla civic hotel , Al ain is next to NMC hospital. I stayed there in the third week of February. Above average facilities , friendly reception, clean food and timely service. Good for a short stay.

Stayed here for a week. Hospitality at its best. They have indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam and spa. Gym, sauna and steam is well maintained. Life guard and gym trainer is available throughout. The cafe on the roof top is amazing with live sports playing on the TV. They also provide Shisha. The staffs at the reception are very professional and customer oriented. Nice hotel to stay with family as well.

I basically want to say that there were no proper food supply though the taste was a bit more tastier. But the way they presented the food was nice.. Although it was unlimited , some food types were over and was not refilled.. The ballroom was quite executive and the setting was fabulous..

Good rooms and accomodation however we phoned reception to ask if they could warm my daughter's food after two days of warming the food for us then we were suddenly told no they can't do it.. This is a very simple and straightforward request which should have been fulfilled in my opinion.

Had an opportunity of a short stay (2N3D) at Ayla. The experience was good and am glad Ayla was chosen by my Company for this stay. The staff are extremely helpful and supportive. There are of course areas of improvement - a) Basement parking is very congested. b) The room access card is very sensitive (to mobile phones). A careful look at these points will definitely take your facility a step ahead and you will be one of the prime properties in the beautiful city of Al Ain. God bless.

It's a cozy place ( Sky 5 Cafe ) for a cup of cappuccino, a slice of cheesecake and shisha for my friend. A lot of diners and most of them came for a shisha. I think less staff that time and my friend need to refill his coal but took about 15 minutes and he felt irritated. But anyway had a good time here, nice view from top.

Nice comfortable stay, big rooms and with delicious food. The sea food buffet was good with multiple options. The breakfast is also good. Kids also enjoyed it.

Very nice place. Sky5 has beautiful wives. Good staff working inside spacialy Ninantha Butchery chef✌️☺️🍖🍗 very delicious food🍴🍪🎂🍰🍡🍲🍜🍳. Fresh fruits🍓🍇🍉🍎 amazing

+ Clean rooms
+ Reasonable price
+ Plenty of parking outdoor and underground
+ There is a large supermarket and pharmacy under the hotel.
+ Rooms sizes various from small to large each has its price
+ Free WiFi tho it is slow
+ Nice staff
+ The hotel is well located it in the centre of the city. Yet you need a car.
- The rooms colour is dull

Ayla Hotel is a comfortable stay hotel with apt location for surrounding areas to visit. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was lavish and had many varieties. Excellent food. Concierge service were polite and prompt in service. Overall, I would definitely recommend others to use this hotel. A definite Value for Money.

Really love this place - we fly all the way to Abu Dhabi just to stay here whenever we want to relax. Truly feel like we are at home. The service is fantastic, the place is clean, comfortable and cosy, lovely rooms, great atmosphere. No alcohol and a pool with separate times for women. The staff are amazing and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The location is great, just out of the city. Handy supermarket downstairs. And al-Ain itself is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places ever. Well worth a visit.
