Good location and staff.
No wifi in rooms, kitchen not well equipped. No heaters in rooms in winter. Crowded parking and bad design for one toilet as big window in it and its transparent everything inside to outsideresponse / report this review -

Good size hotel apartment. In the city center they lake in providing good service plus the kitchen not full equipped. They don't respond quickly to your needs.

Good size apartment hotel in city center behind it mosque. The service is not that good, kitchen not equipped with everything you need. Need always to call for things and they take a while to bring.

Good place for singles no swimming pool there are other better places for families around Al-Ain. .. considerd to be expensive if compared to othe hotel apartments never seen in discount offer.
