  My brother Kevin was not verbal till the age of 3. He was struggling to communicate even for his basic needs.
  
  Luckily we choose the best center. During our initial consultation at Austin, consultant carefully assessed him and patiently explained in detail about his issues and the best treatment procedure in his case.She also explained the recovery process of few similar cases treated recently in the center.(In-fact I called up few parents who are having kids with similar issue attending sessions at Austin before deciding to take their service) The case manager at Austin also was really helpful and knowledgeable about his condition.
  
  They assigned a very good therapist to work with kevin. Initially Kevin was not corp-orating,but after one week of therapy he started getting friendly with the therapist and started responding to her instructions.Now its the second month,Kevin started to communicate and express his emotions better.
  
  What I love about Austin center is their continuous support for kevin. They allowed me to sit during the sessions,therapist was clearly communicating with us about his progress as per the goals designed initially. She was making us to do the home exercises to bring the results faster. Moreover,case manager was regularly checking the therapist work and the child progress. I will definitely recommend Austin without a second thought.

  Austin has helped us to understand our child better. The therapist are all so warm and helpful and So full of love towards the kids that the child responds to the therapy much faster. They always encourage the parents to be a part of the sessions which gives us a good sense of understanding to what kind of techniques to use. God bless Team Austin for helping us.

  My daughter went to Austin for 1.5yrs. With no improvement. The owner portrays an image that she is aware of all that happens in the center. But she doesn't. She is not involved in any therapies and just gets updated with they progress before a parental meeting. Also, throughout my tenure with the centre I never saw her nor did she interact with me TILL I told them that I am leaving the center. Then I saw her consecutively 4 days where she was telling me that i haven't been involved in mybdaughters progress hence there is less improvement. In 1.5yrs NO TALK TOOLS were used on my daughter. She lost precious time of 3yrs to 4yrs 6months. In my experience This is a money making business that bounds you by post dated cheques and discourage you and threat you with your child's progress when you try to leave them.

  I have visited Austin Center for my kid's speech delay, I could see visible changes in 2 weeks. The staff here are working with their passion and dedication, they know the needs of each kid. The parents are getting proper guidance after every therapy. In short, Austin team is working to get 100% results on their children's development.

  We approached Austin Center when my son was identified with development delay. Over the past one year, we have seen tremendous improvement in him. The management, therapists and front office staff are all very supportive and pleasant. It is affordable comparatively. We are very happy we chose Austin center.
