  I will share this miserable experience every where in social media to warn people from purchasing hp last edition laptops. cheap materials used as if I purchased laptob from copy original factory. please never purchase any hp laptob the last 2 years series

  according to my experience. I had a broken screen laptop under warranty. the repair took 10 days. I received notifications about the progress of the repair via watsapp sms and email. I didn't pay anything at the end.

  Ensure services having perfect tracking system through their website and as informed 7-10 days warranty claims are serviced .
  
  Even their call center and communication systems is perfect.
  
  Finally company name and work was the same .

  If you wish to fix your PC/laptop/printer with authentic parts then this is your place to go. They are the official service center for Dell and HP I think. And they are flexible, like they allow users to bring their own replacement parts. I had extra harddisks and they let me provide them instead of buying new ones.

  Pathetic service. Super slow. Just one counter to handle the queue of 20 plus people. Just to pick or to drop the system takes more than an hour.
