Thanks for Dr. Subramani Rajadurai for the excellent patient care. I was suffering from severe shoulder pain for around 6 months and had several consultations and treatment from many doctors with no improvement at all. As a last hope i came to Dr. Subramani for the consultation and he explained me the treatment methodology and regarding the treatment plan. Also a special thanks to Ms. Shamsiya for the support and service . Her efforts are much appreciated.

Service quality is poor
Nothing else to say
Problem with their booking app is really pathetic, booked on app and it was showing in app but when app is refreshed booking is gone.
And when you are clinic they behave as we are their enemy, instead of giving a solution for the problem.
And issue faced was doctor had asked to do 5 physiotherapy sessions and they said they will call but no-one
Called for the same even after 6 to 7 days after the consultation.

I had severe shoulder pain for nearly 2 months. Thanks to Dr. Ambica for diagnosing the root problem and recommending PRP injection to heal the tear in my shoulder muscle. Mobility of my shoulder has really improved.

Had a bad experience after consultation with a specialist doctor and no follow up despite promising a call back after blood test report. Its been 2 weeks since the visit. Still no medication initiated leaving the patient in pain. Very laid back attitude.

The service is very slow but the cure is very fast. I know the system they have is very very slow, but it’s all over ruled by good doctors who knows what they are doing. Had a spine and arm issue for years and it was 100% cured in 24 hours. My kind regards to Doctor Kirti Mohan Marya. Dubai is blessed to have doctors as such.

Waiting waiting waiting. wait for every service and that's the speciality of this clinic.
Wait hours for registering
Wait hours for Consultation
Wait hours for treatment.
Wait hours for x-ray
Wait endlessly for moving the file from doctors room to reception
And finally after payment wait for sick leave certificate
Came in at 10.20 . Going out at 1430 (still waiting for sick leave letter) Waw, what a clinic True to its function.; Clinic means consult doctor and leave immediately.
Went to meet Ortho as knee was injured while playing football and GP as I had body pain, headache and severe fever. Totally disappointed with the way admin staff is dealing. I had to wait almost 1 hour or more meet Ortho as I had no appointment which is understandable.
But for a patient who cannot sit inside the clinic due to cold and waiting outside the clinic and peeking into check my turn has been denied the GP treatment by admin as it's company policy. I remember me and my family stopped going to Aster while I was in Al Warqa due to such a bad unorganized irresponsible staff. She insisted to come back after consulting Ortho and prepare the file for meetiing GP. Asked her how long. She said more than 10 patients waiting. Decided to finish Ortho Consultation and meet another GP from nearby clinic.
Luckily I was called after 1 and half hours and the nice Ortho doctor after Consultation wrote an injection for fever and body pain
They are so disorganized, that my file was on the desk waiting to be touched by the angel. Finally after an hour i had to shout at them to give me an injection.
Doctor want to see me after a week. I'm afraid, another 4 hours in this clinic.
In between I have seen guys complaining and shouting for various reasons.
If Aster want to make this as good clinic, let them sent their management and admin staff to City hospital and Mediclinic. I was thinking Zulekha and New Medical is worst, but looks like Aster group is way below themreport this review -

The front desk staffs were welcoming and easy going, they provided good customer service and smiles 😄😃they tried to calm my fears of the injection many thanks for them . The nurse was quite polite and professional the clinic provided offers and packages for blood sugar testing and vitamin D plus total blood and urine tests , I recommend the clinic for overall service. Only one small mistake the cd they gave me of my x-Ray doesn’t contain all the shots I have taken to follow my improvements.

Excellent service by all staffs.
Prompt Approval from insurance team, very good service from nursing team even though they are busy with high no. of patients, well mannered & friendly reception staffs & more over well experienced doctors. Keep it up.

i have visited 4-5 aster clinic before but this one is terrible,
very unfriedly staff,
today i went to them for my colleague's feet injury , after one hour we met doctor and he sent us for x-ray.
after 10 minute we got CD and than we wait for doctor's call.
"after 1 hour and 45 minute we met him again", in this period we asked many time to staff for next visit but they didnt gave good replied.
ok, this is nothing, but next,
when i asked doctor for reason of delay he answered like that it is becouse of insurance approval and if you want to do it faster than you have to pay by cash.
this is rude.
most of people has insurance but they got very early visit after x-ray

I am a very skeptical person when its comes to medical facilities and I had the same view when I visited Aster, but I am glad I was proven wrong by the Aster team at this branch. They are really good - Dr Syed and the nurses take genuine care of their patient .
