Whenever I go to Aster Clinic in Al Warqa; I always gets good service from the team, no matter whether the clinic is busy. I expect the same in future as well.

Everything is good, but takes a lot of time and you have to wait very long. Even though doctor don’t give you not more than 5 minutes. I don’t know why token system is too slow. Small checkup can take 3 hours.

Had a terrible visit at Aster Alwarqaa yesterday. The doctor, namely, Dr. hossam was so discourteous and impolite. No manners to speak to an ailing person. She was wearing a mask, which is perfectly fine but what was not ok was how she was trying to get my heart beat with a stethoscope while standing on her tippy toesit was very uncomfortable for me because I felt her ridiculous attitude would make her fall. I don’t care for her fall, except she would have fallen on me and I don’t like to be uncomfortable. Then, she had to check my throat for which she had to use the wooden stick and she was as ridiculous as she was while checking my breathing. I was scared she would fall and the spatula would be shoved into my throat. Such imbecile doctors. Get a real doctor, not someone who doesn’t even have bedside manners.

No appointment system. You have to wait for a.long time to meet any doctor . Be ready to spend at least 90 mins.
Overall not a well managed clinic. Even on a normal weekday you can identify in efficiency .response / report this review -

I have very bad experience with them multiple times. Every time i visited them the have a different clinic timing & a new story why Doctor's is not available.
According to Call center the GP timing is till 11:00 PM. Yesterday I visited them at 11:00 they said we close at 10:00 PM, today i visited them at 9:15 & they said we are already closed, when i told them that yesterday you said your timing is till 10:00 PM, how come you close at 9:00 PM today, receptionist said the Dr has already left the clinic, when I asked them do you guys have any policy for timing and Dr availability another staff jumps in and said actually Dr is available but he said dont give token to any other patient as he already has 6 patients waiting while I cant see a single patient in the clinic.
I understand their stupidity and left them without any further argument and all this happened why my wife was in severe pain in her foot.
My experience in Thumbay clinics is far better than aster, but this is very close to my home thats why i tried it multiple times, but no moreresponse / report this review -

Its the only medical centre i. al Warqa 2. Various departments like ENT, Gynec and Obstetrics and General Medicines etc are available. The services provided by the staffs are average.
