I would like to share my experience with Dr. Vidyasaraswati, gynecologist. She use to pass blunt comments and abrupt reply to any query I asked her. Upon asking her one time that from where can I get the test result copies she told me to collect from counter, we will not courier you. Was very blunt reply. Being a Dr. She should have respect for every patient and stop treating them like money bags. I had complications at my 7 month of delivery, she told me to go to Aster hospital and i was handed by emergency Dr. There. This lady don't even bothered to call me and ask about my whereabouts. I was never comfortable with her. I will strongly not recommend her to any of my known contacts.

I visited ASTER clinic nahda1 for root canal treatment with crown cap in oct/nov19. Dr Roby Maria and her staff Sister Jane did a thorough excellent professional job in treating me in a cordial atmosphere,thus eliminating my dental chairphobia. Overall services of ASTER clinic are top grade.

Too much waiting.. all concern was to make patient seated without taking my id or name was made to wait.. after 45-50 mins of waiting my name was registered.. been waiting 40 mins more now for doctor.. in paper it shows 2 patients.
Finally after tedious waiting time, was given drips for which the nurse was missing when the drips got over and was left alone in room
What an experience at Aster al nahda today!!!

I would like to thank Dr. vidyasaraswathi, gynecologist for her selfless service and care. this doctor known multiple languages like English, Hindi, Malayalam, kannada, tulu. Providing only necessary treatment not like others who simply writing too many medicines and blood tests. Also want to appreciate the permanent assisting nurse, she is providing best care. But delay bp monitoring after the registration.

Dr Nisha and Nurse Sreeranjini was really awesome in providing me with the best treatment for dental.. I have been under her treatment for more than 6 months now and I believe this team is the best ever for dental..

Called Asher call center at least 4 times on 2 Feb 11am and was waiting for appx 5 mts no one picks the call and phone gets disconnected..Asher team if you don't pick calls then how will you handle medical emergency cases

I had gone there with a terrible flu, I had an ear infection aswell as my throat was swollen up, Dr Syed Abdul Qamar had diagnosed me without a physical check up even after me telling him all this, he also had booked me in for a bloodtest which I refused to do because my body had not taken food in for almost 24hours, thereafter he had told reception if I do not to the bloodtest he would not sign my sick certificate for work, he had also refused to give me a day to stay at home and heal regarding the energy I need for my nature of work, this is childsplay and is unacceptable. I am absolutely disappointed with service and doctors like this and will make sure I do not make an appointment with him again.

Always crowded, Poorly managed reception. No option for appointment. Everyone must come there and wait for 2 hours or longer to see the doctor. Why they don't have an online appointment system..?

Update : Aster called me and guided me though their online appointment system, Unfortunately we were trying through home page which is having a bug, which will not allow you to take appointment. Once the bug in online appointment system is rectified, I will change the ratings according to the experience.

The first thing I look for in any doctor is his/her attitude. Obviously when you visit a doctor you have questions and maybe sometimes even worries. Dr. Nazeem has a great attitude. And unlike some other doctors at some other clinics who seem to be in a rush to get to the next patient, he listened to me patiently and answered all my questions.
The staff at the clinic itself is great and everyone was courteous and ready to help

Crap and worst service ..They don't care about patient..What a shame..Being a such a large organizations..Customer support front desk is always providing false information. I don't think it will survive for long in UAE. Some other medical centers will definitely take over and shut this crap service.

No sense if responsibility.
A woman full of allergic reaction rushes in to clinic and ask for Dr.shakti.the receptionist is only insisting for appointment.even when requested and the emergency is in front of her she did not ask me to sit and say that she will ask doctor if he is fine to check someone which such emergency.
She kept on insisting we should have taken the appointment.
I felt like im trying to reach CEO of Google ,im sorry Aster but with this kind of sensibility and man power you will definitely gain a bad name.I was a frequent one for Aster but now Im definitely never seeing you again.
This pretty lady needs to judge the situation of patient and help..its a clinic not a corporate sector where you only follow the procedures.sometimes following humanity is more important.

Worst customer service. If you are a walk-in then, you had it. Please go to some other clinic. I informed that, my son is in child care. So please let me go by. I came in at 19:00hrs and I had to wait till 21:30hrs.. When asked for other doctor they say one doctor has resigned and gone. Only one doctor is available you can try your luck. They are blessed being a monopoly in UAE. Why other hospitals not over taking them. These guys are taking advantage of our midiocre earning. Some other has to challenge them to improve their service level and kick start customer orientation.
