Had an appointment with Dr. Hesham, the orthopedic specialist, for a severely sprained ankle. Overall the experience was good no major complaints. The receptionist and nurse staff were attentive and professional. The doctor was able to assess my case efficiently and we have begun treatment accordingly. I will follow with them over the next few weeks as there is no reason to change clinics.

a year ago i did 2 root canal with Dr. Marzooq they charge me 1500$, after 8 month i got abscess in both tooth The Worst Dentist i have ever you can find

i did the blood test there twice. First time it was fast and smooth. Usually this test takes round 3-4 hours. So lady called me almost immediately and informed all is done. The nest time i did same test, same time. After 8 hours i called them asking if it's ready and reception could not answer my question but promised person in charge will call me once available. Nobody called and nest day it was Friday. So instead of simple and smooth 3-4 hours i"m sucked with 48-72 hours. Messy.

The worst experience be aware of dr marzouk he didn't complete cleaning my root canal then filled it and he kept saying my roots are too tight to reach and that the best he can do . and after few months I suffered a severe pain and I went to another dr and he diagnosed it and there was abscess in my tooth and I told my dr his words about the tightness of my roots and he was shocked bec it's not the case Dr Marzouk is really the worst

I went to this place for Dental cleaning and scaling some time ago because they were giving a good offer for 100 AED only. Once seated the cleaning and scaling was very fast and poor quality nevertheless the dentist told me I had three cavities that could be fixed on the same day. I intimated the dentist not to open any of my teeth as in my opinion it wasn't possible since I rarely had cavities and I was visited by another dentist few months before and asked double-check. Then the dentist tried to sell me whitening in a very insistent way, I paid and left. Lately I went to another dentist considered to be one of the best in Dubai, I had X-Ray and proper check up, obviously he confirmed I have no cavities today. Those three cavities I was diagnosed in Armada must have healed spontaneously.

I paid for services that were never rendered - the doctor left their practice and they just kept my money paid in advance. Was asked to fill out a reimbursement form 3 months ago, never received anything back. They never return my calls. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services.

Absolutely terrible. I came here for a dental check up and they submitted an insurance claim for the work that needed to be done. The claim was approved, I got a call back from the center telling me this and booking me in for an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment they could not locate the approval (I had also received a text message from my insurance telling me it had been approved) their excuse was that the person who has called me to book the appointment was traveling. I waited half an hour and left with nothing done. I would never ever come back here. It's a serious mess

Be aware of Dr Mohamad Mahmoud Marzouk - unfortunately, he has left two broken pieces of tool in my canal and didn't fill up two out of three canals fully. Not only he didn't tell me about it, but closed the tooth. After a while, when experiencing pain I explored what he has done. Operations Manager has spoken with me, but they have done nothing to compensate the massive misconduct of the doctor. I am starting the legal case against the Doctor. If you care about your tooth - DON'T GO THERE!! They have more attractive prices - but at the end, I had to pay from my own money to another endodontist to investigate the cause of pain and to find out what the doctor has done to me. I am very disappointed!!

So far I have nothing to complain. Reception very friendly, attentive and caring nurses I take my son to pediatrician and it was very very good. Dr Hussein is very good and kind with kids.

Very bad service. Doc kept me waiting an hour after my appointment time as she was in a meeting. Additionally, went in for Botox and doctor completely missed the center of my eyes?! Been trying to get it rectified but had little help. Won't go again.There are plenty of other places to go.
