Extremely expensive . When every other building supermarket / convenience stores charge a product for 12 Dhirhams ( Even in new Dubai like AL BARSHA / TECOM ) , these guys charge AED 26.00 for the same product . Similarly Ice creams / gums everything is atleast 30 to 40 % more expensive .

Very handy to have it downstairs. They also deliver for free. However one thing they don't care at all (!) is to put the price tags on actual items That's quite insane. You get to know the price at the till. Surprise, surprise!
