  Quality good but Service is very slow
  Timely won’t get your ordered items and sometimes it takes 2-3 days later to get your ordered items and even without packing also happens sometime…
  I think should be more professional and give importance to traders valueable time…

  There is lot much to say about Ascend.. .one of the best manufacturing companies across the UAE..The management designed the structure in suchcha good way.the unique qualities I could say is 1) you will getta very prompt response when you call them2) though you have zero knwldg about product and willing to buy a ladder or scaffold then you must call ascend team, the employees are trained Inna very good way,they will explain you about the product details accordinglyand they will listen your requirement and suggest you which suits the best
  
  And Neva eva compromise in quality.. for management quality would always be a top priority..and the staff is always ready to help with any query ..they try to resolve the issues with in 30 minutes with best solution.The CEO and general manager also gets involved in day to day work juz to make sure the customer is satisfied For management and staffcustomer satisfaction is importantat the end, Ascend is happy when their customers are happy ..
