  Dealing with Netcho has been very positive. Whereas a lot of other realtors would make promises but not communicate the issues with the landlord, he did and got issues resolved. He really worked on behalf of both parties definitely a very positive experience from my side

  Aqua Properties are a great company and their Realtor Kamran Yousaf is an asset to the company. They have been managing my apartment for the last few years and have found tenants constantly for me to limit the empty periods, made sure all maintenance issues were taken care of in a prompt fashion, protected me with a great tenancy agreement and great on time procedures. Going with an experienced realtor like this will always give you peace of mind and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent or have property management through them.

  I recently became a tenant for an apartment through a listing of this agency. I have been very pleased with the smooth process especially with Shah who has been a great support in providing all my requirements and ensuring I get the best service available. Always reachable even on weekends, answering to all my questions and demands making sure I am fully satisfied.
