  After 9 years in Marina, we decided to check out Downtown and had no idea about the district.
  I was so lucky to meet Grace on the first day. She was so prompt, responsive and honest right from the start, gave me great feedback even before we started viewing the first units.
  But most important of all is she is smart. She showed me first two units, somehow managed to understand what we were looking for even when we were not aware of what we were looking for.
  The second day was a blast, everything she showed matched or surpassed our expectations. When I was spoilt with choices and decided to wait for a while, she was still very patient and understanding. (yes, I was a horrible client)
  Long story short we found a wonderful apartment with Grace. She is a star!
