  Rented office, after giving checks discovered that no electricity meter installed, after they got their commission, they won't do a lot for you, more than one month of dealing with unprofessional and negligence.

  Rented an apartment from Aqua Properties, i did not get the signed Agreement + Ejari contract from them in-spite of paying the entire rent in one go. Now the agent is not answering calls & the Aqua Properties office is just giving a standard answer - will inform the agent.

  Rented flat - it was unprofessional way to treat customer starting move-in and move-out procedures. Does not meet minimum customer satisfaction. Do not suggest at all.

  Aqua Properties did a great job helping me buy my first property in 2012, so I returned to them again to purchase my second home in 2015. They have a very specialized and proficient team of real estate agents. They are always ready to do whatever it takes for their customers, and heading the extra mile is the standard business exercise for them. I would recommend Aqua Properties to anyone searching for a place in Dubai.
