  I have requested a visa extension through Amer, and have not yet heard back from them. On the website, it states that the process would take 2- 4 days, it’s been more than 8 days and no response so far. Take into consideration, alternative options take 2 days. I was unaware and went with the online option assuming it’s easier and more convenient. Poor customer service, status updates are unclear, and choppy lines.
  
  I am questioning the legitimacy of such a service, and wether I would receive my visa extension.

  Very helpful Amer executive. Solved all issues and helped me through out the application process. Five stars to Miss Mohsina. She did timely follow-up, very professional and helpful. Really appreciate that Amer has such a good staff.
