VERY BAD & POOR COORDINATION
I read here almost all reviews and I have noticed both good and bad comments.
Talking about the* good reviews* (as I had seen); i really have doubt on those reviews; which means most of the good comments might be done by them (amazon owner / staff’s: - please note that “anybody can create an email and make a comment”).
Now talking about the bad reviews; in my personal experience, those bad reviews/comments are definitely made by those who paid to buy an item from them.
I don’t know yet that their products are good or enough quality (will see in future). But in this moment, I should say that after sale (after paid) their cooperation is really disappointing. They are not doing as they promised especially in few things such as DELIVERY TIME (you must follow them many times until you get delivery), INSTALLATION (they don’t have a good and qualified installation team) and REPLACE/RECTIFY AN ITEM DURING INSTALLATION (in case if any of the item is broken during their installation that you purchased, and you returned to them for repair, then they will show you their real color).
So, what I am trying to say that, I won’t suggest you visit them to buy any home appliances

Very poor after sale behavior.. I bought a book shelf two week back , and their staff broke the glass while installing. in spite of their false promises to get the glass fixed next day, their staff asked me to pay him some tip ( which I did , since I thought he might not come the next if I wouldn’t have paid). It’s been two weeks, I kept on following up , however their failed promises kept on . today after two weeks I took the bookshelf door to them. and asked them to get it fixed. they rather getting me a new piece of glass , removed a glass from some of the shelf available and fixed it on mine as I noticed the size was smaller, and questioned them, they ignored it, and when I asked if it would break bcoz of this reason ( smaller size) would they replace, their showed an ignorant attitude and even said that it would be my responsibility from then on
I won’t suggest about this shop to anyone since the promises which they tell u before sales are not truly fulfilled by them after sales and they have a very poor after sales service.report this review -

One of the best furniture placethey do coustom made beds.. I did my round shape bed and they made it perfect and with perfect qualityalong with there own guarantee Incase of any damages.p.s free delivery just tip the driver

I got a custom made twin Study table cum bunk bed with lot storage space. Amazon has done a wonderful job & exactly as I wanted. Extremely happy with their work especially with the carpenter.

Wow , very good quality and proper delivery , I bought one sofa which was costing 7500 in branded show room , but amazon made better than that and delivered with superb quality paid only half of other branded shop

Very unprofessional and uncourteous. Total disregard to delivery commitments. 8th April delivery schedule to 10th April 1800hrs instead the furniture wasn't delivered until 2245 and the managers don't respond to calls. Avoid dealing, please.

Collection is good but delivery is not good. They told the delivery will be before 0800 pm and the delivery guys came after 1000 pm.
