For many years, our company has been using Altimus to purchase all of our office supplies. I'm delighted to share my good experience. The portal is incredibly user-friendly, the delivery and customer support are both excellent. If any item is out of stock from my pruchase, they will always make sure to replace with other item/brand even if the price is slightly higher, they will adjust it to meet my requirement.

We used Altimus for the first time this week as we needed some Dymo labels urgently. Irene was fantastic, quick to respond to our queries and arrange our delivery. Delivery was done within 24 hours of approving the quote. The delivery guy had a credit card machine which made payment very easy and they also had the invoice ready. Overall, a great experience and will certainly use them again and happy to recommend to anyone looking for an efficient office supplies vendor.

My experience with Altimus Office Supplies has been very good so far and has predominantly been driven by Ms. Lea Uy, the Customer Experience Manager. I was recommended to speak to her and she delivered instantly to supply a part for our printer that I had previously been quoted a ridiculous amount by another supplier. The part was delivered the next day. Ms. Lea's communication and follow up is very effective and we will definitely continue to work with her to deliver on our office requirements. We ordered a whiteboard and some accessories for it. The price is pretty competitive, and I liked the option of the next day delivery.
Liked the personalized mug. It is a nice touch.
The thing that needs improving about delivery is the time window, i.e. customers should be given at least 2 options of delivery windows, for example, 9:30 - 1:00 and 1:00 - 4:00. But I didn't take a star off for that because it is unfortunately a common practice among businesses in Dubai.
Prior to placing the order I made a call to request some information about the product. The support assistant couldn't provide the details right away and offered to contact another department and call me back. However, I never received that call.

Ow not got so much to say on Altimus but what I can say is they are very understanding and have respect for the customer. I ordered glass cloth from them and some days after delivery, i wanted to return. they gladly accepted it. Lea was very friendly and directed me on the right procedure. i finally returned and I chose to use that same credit to buy print papers. in fact, I have come to love Altimus

I am really impressed with their service. Their customer service is excellent. They answer the phone immediately with very nice and polite tone. I just said my order and confirmed it via mail, then the next day they delivered it. Their delivery man is nice and polite as well. Very fast and convenient transaction. I cannot praise Altimus enough. At a critical moment, we needed office supplies urgently and just found everything on their online store- it is very convenient!
