This review is purely based on my 1st experience with ART after job was completedWill update at a later stage if faced with any sudden issues

We needed to get my washing machine serviced and thoroughly cleaned. Found loads of companies with loads of fake reviews online, but ended up choosing ART Works LLC.

Mostly dealt with Usman, who was polite, straight fwd and quick to reply to my queries through WhatsApp. Charged me about 250dhs for a full servicing for 1 unit, including pick up and drop off. They normally take 2 days to return your machine, but during Ramadan (work late) they were able to finish evtg early and deliver it back all wrapped up back within 24hrs!

No drama, no probing for extra money, no problems or deliberate damage done (in my case), and the job was done properly the first time round - just the way it should be. Usman also shared pictures of the cleaning process. My machine works fine so far with no more leaking (had this issue due to dirt clogging the pipes inside).

Will definitely use them again and would recommend their services to all. Thanks guys!

If you're looking for a low-cost white goods maintenance team but offers good quality repairs and brand-new appliances, contact this team.

The team is really good in terms of repairing white goods and AC. They have helped me a lot with repairs of washing machines, cookers, fridge, AC, etc. Never had I experienced any back jobs with this team.

Their technicians are really kind and approchable as well!
