As a travel agent: Communication from NYC was difficult. This tour company deals with many other companies that hire them out to do helicopter trips around the palm and the world. for $225 per person for 15 minutes they are super busy. I was treated very nicely when we arrived, they had magazines and coffee/tea/soda to chill out while we waited. There was a bride talking and booking her wedding, yes she was planning on coming down as bride and groom to meet her party.
The helicopter ride was excellent. We went to the city and around the Shah's man made islands. Went over our beach side hotel. They told us safety instructions and we all wore life vests.
They miss one star because I felt the Pilot should have told us what we were passing instead of just announcing the height of the aircraft.response / report this review
