We stayed here for 1 night . Rooms are huge and has a really beautiful interiors. Best part is the pool from where you have really nice view. Overall the stay was pleasant and we had a great time.
Really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved it so much they thought it was our new home.
The rooftop pool was such a relief after a long hot day out exploring.
Will stay here again next time we in Al Ain.
Clean. Modern. Large rooms. Lovely rain walk-in shower. Like a holiday inn express/premier inn type hotel. Breakfast buffet wasn’t great selection especially for more healthy options. No free slippers. That would’ve been useful on the bathroom tiles as a bit slippery with wet feet. Pool area on roof was good and so was the gym. Bar snacks yummy. We stayed as part of promotion For a cycling event and they also gave us free breakfast items at 5am before setting off to start. They get smiles for that.
Excellent service, nice and fresh brand new hotel in developing location. Food was good, rooms were great and they made a nice floor bed for my toddler. Only problem was the incredible noise coming from the stadium just opposite (Fri night entertainment). So be aware of this if you're staying over the weekend.
Contemporary and stylish. Located at a newly developed area and next to Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium. Room is modern and cozy however the control over lighting is limited and the smoke detector in the room screeches for no reason.
Location is great. Super clean. Friendly staff. I recommend the place. Enjoy
Newer hotel in Al Ain. They offer a Friday barbeque that includes adult beverages. They pool is small but offers a good place to cool off from the desert heat. The hotel restaurant offers a great brunch. Beds are comfortable and there is a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room.
Nice Place
Very Helpful Staff
Rooms are clean and Beautiful
Food is Good
Great location right next to the Hazza bin Zayed Stadium. Amazing views from the rooftop bar and pool. The rooms are spacious and modern hip.
Service might be a hit and miss. It was not their day when we were there, rooms were not fully cleaned, dinner took over an hour to serve, even though the Olive tree restaurant was almost empty and at check-in they forgot to take a deposit.
However, the staff was always very friendly and apologetic.
Aloft Al Ain is highly impressive. Extremely professional and friendly staff who cater to the needs of their clients with care and attention.
Had the pleasure of tasting Aloft Christmas menu and experience the festive ambience of their beautiful surroundings in Olive Tree restaurant, with a beautiful view of Hazza bin Zayed Stadium.
Highly recommend to all.
Comfy Rooms! Amazing Hospitality! Love this place alot! Every visit feels new!
A hidden gem in Al Ain, the Aloft is a new hotel which fills a much needed gap in the town. Rather than being a mega hotel, the Aloft is a smaller property which allows the staff the ability to offer a more personal service. I recently had the pleasure of staying there for almost 4 months and I had an excellent time. Unlike Aloft hotels in North America, Aloft in the UAE is pitched at a higher level with services such as a restaurant, valet parking, 24 hour porter services, live music and a host of entertainment, as well as all of the traditional Aloft facilities like a pool table and the WXYZ bar.
The staff in the Aloft Al Ain really are first rate and operate under the watchful eye of Mr Ruhmesh. The front desk team (Anecia, Roshni, Neena and Eva) are not only efficient but entertaining too and take the time to get to know their guests. They even made me a custom T-shirt when I hit Platinum SPG status because I joked about it so much :)
Taslim runs the food and beverage team (Varun, Sylvester, Mustafa, Abderrahman, & Sagar, to name a few) in the Olive Tree restaurant and they all go above and beyond with their level of service. As an example, during my 4 months stay I took 1 sick day. Varun noticed that I hadn't turned up for breakfast and left a packed lunch at reception incase I was running late. Then, when he found out I was sick sent me a tea with fresh ginger in it, which is apparently a natural remedy and it worked! Oh, and then there was the surprise cake when I left seriously!
The rooftop pool is excellent and gives you a view over the whole of Al Ain as far as jebel Hafeet. Amir provides a brilliant team including Ranju, and "The Kates" and they provide food and beverages in a host of poolside cabanas and comfy seating both day and night. Sadly, I left before the weekend DJ started playing - This will no doubt be a welcome addition to the limited evening entertainment in Al Ain!
I have never stayed in a hotel with service quite like this and I love the fact that I was always greeted by name and with a friendly handshake. I attach some photos of the surprise they left me in the room when I hit my 100 day point and became an SPG Ambassador! Note the hand made chocolate aeroplane since they know I work in the aviation sector; quality, and tasty!
Now that the weather is cooler the Aloft is getting busier and this allows them to run live music events, a carvery style weekend lunch and rooftop BBQs by the pool.
This is by far the most convenient location in town for anyone working in the area of the Al Ain airport and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone, be they single or a family, short term or long term. It is a marvelous place and I hope to return next year!
A lovely modern hotel conveniently located. The rooftop pool has a stunning view of the city and mountain backdrop. The checkin staff were lovely but unfortunately the same can’t be said about restaurant wait staff.
One of my favourite hotels with the most helpful and welcoming staff. Live music on Tuesday nights, check their website for artists.
As an avid staycation-goer myself, I am always in search for the next staycation destination for me to getaway from the stressful city life. That's when I decided to review Aloft Al Ain. Located in Al Ain , the hotel definitely catches your attention with it’s distinctive building that can be spotted afar.
Step into the lobby as superb service-oriented staffs welcome you with a warm smile. Plentiful comfortable seats are available all over for you to relax in as your check-in is being processed. One applaudable gesture I noticed from the staff is that they are constantly on the lookout for any suspicious characters that might compromise the safety of other guests.
Another reassuring gesture is that the staff will always smile and actually ask if they could be of any assistance to you once eye contact is made. To me, this is just great hospitality.
Olive Tree, with a primary focus on continental cuisine, places a great emphasis on preserving the natural flavour of the food that is served to you. It is undoubtedly an ideal dining venue for fresh and succulent dishes.
The bedroom features an alleged Hollywood King-size Bed (which is technically the size of two Queen-size beds put together) and I assure you, it is huge. You also get an incredible view of the stadium from the bedroom. It’s comfortably snug with natural-lighting filling the room for a warm ambience. It also comes armed with a work desk if the need to work arises while on vacation.
For those of you who prefers fresh air over air-conditioning (although I cannot fathom why), there's a rooftop pool with a bar where you can enjoy the same view while enjoying some gentle breeze.
Modern trendy rooms with great affordable pricing. The outdoor rooftop pool is not that big but it does the job and has a bar right next to it. There's another bar on the ground floor. Staff are friendly and seem happy to help.
Is the best hotel. Comfort and joyful .. the best foods you can have in UAE
We stayed for one night and we found it a great hotel to stay at while discovering Al Ain. It has a modern, stylish and colorful interior and the rooftop swimming pool is definitely a good place to relax.
