I called to provide my service as a technical service company and the 1st person answered my call as soon as I said that I'd like to talk to an administrator to provide them my services he just hangedup the phone on my face.

The reviews are mostly 5 stars or 1 which is weird I had the most horrible experience with this Real Estate agency not only once but twice. I gave them another try after my first bad experience thinking maybe it would not be the same. But I was wrong, it was worst. They only care about money. They are rude and give you wrong/fake information and on top of that their commission is higher than other real estate agency. If you want to be treated properly, have a peaceful process and being able to trust your agent, this is not the place. Do not recommend at all !

I had a truly wonderful experience with Emma from the sales team. I have dealt with other agencies before over the years and she is the only one I can honestly say provide a 5 star service. Everything was very clear and efficient and I was kept updated at each stage. I would 100% recommend Allsopp and Allsopp Real Estate to any of my friends, especially Emma.

I did the mistake to sign a property management contract with them. Nothing ever done in time, continuous stress dealing with them, lack of professionalism, robbery! The service does not justify the prices they are charging, not even slightly.

I've worked with several real estate agents in my time but I have never experienced more disrespectful agent behavior prior to engaging with Allsopp. I'm a busy professional who set aside time on my weekend for a showing. First, the agent doesn't show up with the excuse that her phone is broken. She does not try to reschedule for the same day or find someone to replace her. She hasn't even planned the showings as I wanted to try and go by myself but she couldn't get one of the apartments open.
Still, I give her another chance. We reschedule for the following week and I am potentially 5 - 10 minutes late. As I start to ask about facilities in our first showing she rudely mentions that I was late and so we will have to look at facilities another time. I would never give this firm business even if they paid me.response / report this review -

Harassed constantly on the phone. Never even gave my number. Mentioned I would conider selling when prices go up. Never asked them to find me anything. Then they call and ask me to sign papers. I refused saying when I actively search I will consider it or sell it myself. Agent laughed and "said good luck with that".

I highly recommend the entire team at Allsopp & Allsopp for any property requirements in Dubai. I would like to thank them all for the assistance and hard work in securing our lovely home in Dubai Marina. They made the whole process very easy and stress free and I will gladly recommend all my friends and family to Allsopp & Allsopp in the future.

Treated well to start with however once the Alsopp & Alsopp deposit was paid zero pro-activity followed. My calls stopped being answered with numerous excuses when i finally did reach someone. One month later (almost to the day) and after sending numerous emails to the landlord and Alsopp & Alsopp i still have unanswered mails/issues with the villa which should have been rectified prior to us taking occupation. Certainly the easiest USD 3k plus they must have ever earned.Alsopp & Alsopp were nowhere to be seen during the handover of the villa and absolutely no follow up either from Alsopp & Alsopp either. Should have stuck with the previous Real Estate Company we worked with a few years back who proved to be way more professional!!
