It was a bad day for me, I went to allday supermarket in Bahar to purchase something then on the bread section there was a Filipina lady who was hiding at the back of the bread machine. I said excuse me in a nice way and at the 4th time still she didn’t came out. What I did was I have used my key and knocked on the glass so that she can hear me. Then finally she came out and she said something very rude in our language , maybe she thought that I am from different country. I can say she needs more training on customer service. She should not say anything against the customer. I have removed my mask and spoke to her in our language. Kindly talk to her about this, her name is “Gay”. Thank you.
