  Dreadful, useless company. Three days to do a five seconds job of stamping the service record and completely refused to release the car three days after they had done the job (which they should have done the previous week). Staff unwilling tow answer phones, nobody available to escalate the problems to and senior staff always unavailable. If they werent the only approved place, they would have been bankrupt years ago. Avoid like the plague .

  Absolutely horrendous customer service. Actual work is rarely done properly the first time. Examples:
  
  1.) got the rubber trim on the door replaced because they said it was causing the window to malfunction. Not only did it not rectify the problem (but still cost me aed 1200), but they installed it improperly. When I pointed it out to them, they only partially fixed it. Now I have a wind noise when driving on the highway. Unbelievably bad quality. I have many other examples besides this one.
  
  2.) when they can't figure out what is wrong with your car, they will tell you that your problem is "normal" and try to make you feel like you are crazy or lying about the problem as opposed to just saying that they can't figure it out.
  
  3.) they rarely answer the phone in a timely manner. And when they say they will check something and get back to you, they never actually call back.
  
  Just a select few complaints. If you can avoid it, stay away!

  Went there as "Approved Audi" lists a lot of cars and these look nice and shiny. The actual place is dirty and jammed with dusty cars. In the showroom about five sales people. None of them is interessted to actually sell a car. Now I know, why so many cars are on sale.
  
  My recommendation: Stay away! Other car dealers will treat you as a customer.
