  They managed to put everything in one place!! I truly appreciate the government efforts in planning such a beautiful service center to have people complete all their documentations in a single spot. To top it off, the staff are superb and only want to help and support you in their best ability. As I exited that center, I felt the impact great planning has on an expats life and how simple thing can get when you have great leaders behind it! Thank you

  I've been here a few times for visa related work at Amer. Every single time, my work was completed quickly and surprisingly easily, without any hassle or making me go to different people. Really good customer service overall.
  Today, I had to go for another issue where my details were old on the Immigration system. Everyone at Amer were very helpful, from reception to the officer and my work was completed in less than 10 minutes.
  I do need to note that parking fills up very quickly here however since people get their work done quickly, cars generally move quickly and you will find parking within 5-10 minutes.

  Another great display of government services prowess in their efficiency of services. I was getting my fingerprints processed of my Emirates ID card and it took me less than five minutes to complete. However don't try taking pictures in the name being a local guide as it's an unspoken rule not to in this and many of the government buildings as I came to learn through getting verbal warnings, photo deletion and temporary phone confiscation. Many thanks to the security nonetheless.

  The concept of having all the government services under one roof is really admirable.
  Overall staff and service level is good. Customer relations, customer services and security staff is really mannered and best in attitude. They are guiding well.

  Good service. Staff are very supportive. This is making a big difference in Jebel Ali area which is developing and all government services vehicle renewal can be done at Dubai Investment Park.

  Best experience in Dubai is dealing with Government sector.
  Staff are mostly locals, hospitable and serving people with happiness.

  Really very very nice place & crown free place.
  
  Too much parking place & no issue for parking. Buliding front parking available & that also free.
  
  I like this place for medical test & i have gone in afternoon their were no line & in 5 minute work done.
  
  It is too quik & staff were to much supportive.
