  I used their services on 13th March. The driver came on time and drove well though he was not fully trained to drive BMW and I had to assist him.
  
  When we reached my parking he drove close to the pavement and managed to hit the side skirting while taking the turn even after my warning about it. The skirting has partially come out (picture below).
  
  I have been following up with them to send the concerned person to check and resolve the issue but after repeated promises no one has come. (WhatsApp chat attached). Also the driver now claims nothing of the sort had happened.
  
  Writing this review so people are aware that even after paying Aed 100 for a short trip of 15 minutes the safe drivers are not really safe. Be careful while using them.

  Awesome service. A driver will come to you and drive you back home safely in your own car when you had alcohol or are otherwise incapacitated to drive yourself. Driver was friendly and on time. Recommend to book around 1h in advance.
