  Extremely slow service. Have been waiting for the last one hour now. Testing vehicle was quick and fast. But the registration process seems to be a long wait. My token is 195 and the processing queue is stuck at 183 for the last 45 min. Pl improve your service.

  For what used to be a place that offered a quick service to what became a slow and a monotonous.. 12 counters with 1 employee actually looking after clients
  On a mid week afternoon with the place far from busy it took them 1 hour 20 min to renew my registration

  Excellent service, quick and efficient with extremely helpful, kind and friendly staff from the lane testing mechanics to the front desk and counter staff. Super quick and a very pleasant experience. Visited today at 835 pm and was done in half an hour while having all my queries answered by some very helpful individuals at this centre.

  I love this place, the staff are very friendly and operations are open till late. Everything is done efficiently and quickly without having to wait in a big queue (since its not very popular)

  Very fast service. Easy access to the place. Went on a Thursday night at around 8pm .. Renewal was done in just 15 mins (passing was already done)
