It was pleasure to handover the car to Mr. Akash, he made me feel like he is taking care of his own car. Extremely polite and explained everything in detail. Off course Al Tayers experienced staff did amazing job of servicing my car.

Our company hold many ford vehicle, which I don't feel good service here just an average. My last car service was worst ever than water wash was not clear all dust remains same.

i had a bad experience for the service. they checked my cars for 2 days for a Coolant leak. they told their computer didn't detect any leakage so they change the coolant reserve tank. then after few days i noticed that the coolant in reserve tank is empty again, so i called them and they told me that they will check again what is the problem and i need to pay again. i just asked the other repair shop and they noticed that the water pump must be change not the tank. so it's a waste of money paying the unnecessary parts. by the way, i just paid extended service warranty which is a waste of money.
Just an update, today they tested the car again and found out that my friend garage is correct, they need to replace the water pump and they will charge me double the amount, and when i decide not to do th ejob with them, they charge me for check up

Ideal location for Ford vehicle customers residing /working in Dubai South and sorrounding areas such as JEBEL Ali,DIP1, DIP2 , GREEN COMMUNITY Etc. for all servicing and Body repair needs .

they have only 3 slot of service time every day in the morning. Also once I apply repair service with insurance, but it took more than 2 weeks. I don't know how they are suffering from this kind of big company has lack of manpower.
