  Don't use this company. Apple care recommended them to repair ipad. Apple care said the repair needed could be done. They didn't even try said cant be repaired and needs to be replaced with new ipad! They charged me just to be lied too and still have broken ipad. Reported to apple care. They shouldn't allied with this business at all con artists

  They do fix all apple devices; authorized and experts. Fixed my phone; macbook and didnt fail me with a right solution. Prices are based on apple pricing. Delivery and handing over time doesnt take that long

  I visited ABMCare in Al Barsha today 23/6/21 because I had a problem with the quality of voice calls on my iPhone.
  The pretty girl on duty at 10:44am ran a diagnostic test then cleaned the speaker and microphone before handing it back to me so I could make a call.
  I made 3 calls and the voice quality was restored back to normal!
  
  Great service and no charge.

  I brought my Iphone for sound issues and my Macbook Air for a battery replacement and I was extremely surprised about how quick the reparations were done. The front desk lady manage to clean up dust on my phone and it was good to go. For my Mac I was told to wait 5 to 7 days to pick it up but after 3 days it was already fixed.
  Also the staff is super helpful, answered all my questions. Thank you !

  The ABM staff were not rude, they were responsive but they did not care for you as customer. I am not surprised to see 3 star rating.
  
  When i asked them how can i contact apple without a phone, or whether they can reach out - they did not help. They mentioned to use a home phone or figure it out. I did not like the fact that they say someone who may be losing 2.5K AED today, and treated them with a cold attitude. They said 'we can swap it for you fro 2.5K', 'it is a hardware problem', 'we dont have a phone here to contact apple', and not even a sense of care or inventing on behalf of customer to ensure a good experience. Most of their customers are having a bad day, hence they are they are visiting. it would help to show some empathy
