Ramadan they open after 8 pm.
Atleast there should be some notification online. People especially families come from far end up waiting for long in queues. Hoping for better service in future.

I have been told that in the evening its mostly free and you will be done in 5 minutes. Contrary to that there wer many people but I was amazed to see the queue was going very fast. Bring your passport with you without fail. There is free parking outside and madeena store is also available for snacks.

Center is closed up to Saturday 7:30 am not please update the status on google maps to avoid wasting people’s time by going there while center is closed
If you check opening hours on google maps you will find it from Saturday 24 hours.

for new: Blood test and X-Ray
For renew or company change: only blood test.
Required documents: (might vary in some cases)
Passport and visa page then go to typing center for new visa.
For company change. Employee New Visa, Visa change approval page, document/fee submission page from typing center and passport.

Parking is not available easily, the approach roads surrounding the area have to be upgraded & capacity increased given the huge population density combined with many long vehicles (buses, trucks, Vans etc) in the area.

2019.10.22 at 10 o 'clock at night, we have 10 workers were very bad unfair treatment, we queued up for a long time, the Egyptian staff in R05 window, incredibly refuse us to participate in the examination, wants to investigate processing, let these people who can't service for people laid off, because dubai is a city of tolerance, especially in the public service units.

Very bad experience, tough staff and u have to wait for more than 2 hours. And to make it worse, they ask u to change the picture even if u r using the same picture like the one used for the iqama and passport.

Do not go there without your DHA application. Type it anywhere before you go there because the queue on printing here is sooo long.

Luckily I had our application printed before we go.

DHA, please repaint the building interior and maybe clean the washrooms. It doesn’t look like a medical center inside it needs renovations because all white colors are already yellow.

Also it smells.

I had a very bad experience from the typing centre. The guy took my wife’s passport and he didn’t told me to pay at the counter also they took one small paper filled up with my mobile number and email. I waited long time out side the typing centre. They haven’t call me . Finally went there to check they simply kept the passport and saying that you are not payed. I asked them why you are not call me and I am waiting for your call , several time I check with the guy standing entrance the typing centre. One sudani guy from the typing centre he refused to type my documents
and he ask me to go out from the centre. Of any one is going there you should type from out side and go direct

It is supposed to be medical fitness centre. But not even near to the name. They are not organized, nor the toilets are clean or even worth to be called a toilet or close to acceptable. This is a place in the middle of the desert. This is not Dubai for sure. This is not health authority controlled by DHA.. I am sure Dubai can take better measurement to organize this like any other government entity. Like Immigration, like ministry of health, like economic department, lile RTA..

Reached around 5.30 AM to avoid the crowd. At this time, just a few people around. Could finish everything within half an hour.
Around 6AM, bus loads of people come from different companies for health check-up, best to be there between 5-5.30AM

Too much crowded for males to attend.
Too much small space and no Proper ventilation or air circulation.
No enough seats
Quicker service for women and family with kids.
In general some security personnel are hospitable although they are under pressure. Specifically the security guy helped and guided me in typing Centre.
In general it's okay but needs much improvement to adapt the huge number of visitors

waiting at the ladies counter since 45 minutes. there is only one staff and in 45 minutes the staff has served one applicant. seems like there is issue in system and she keeps walking inside out.waiting hall is crowded and people are frustrated .dont expected this in Dubai were customer service is at its best in most of Govt. institutions .

The most disgusting place. The security guards to the working staff are full of wrong attitude as if we owe them something. To get here takes about 1 hour and the process takes another hour. Recommend to pay more and get it done on Karama
