  Maintenance service and uplift the product is very bad! Gym and recreation area close since many years.

  It is good complex. It is almost full most of the days. They are renovating the internal garden area. The swimm pool is well maintained. The villas are good sized.

  Great location as it is near Dubai Internet city metro station, large houses but old buildings that need to be renovated.
