One of the best stationery shops in the UAE. Their customer service is second to none. The products are of high quality and reasonably priced. I was looking for specialized calligraphy bamboo pens, other calligraphy pens and ink. Was able to find what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. in terms of variety of specialized calligraphy equipment, i found them to be the best and had great value for money. Definitely my go to place for calligraphy supplies.

A hidden gem in Bur Dubai. The one thing that you will always get from the owners is how welcoming and receptive they are to your needs. They value long-term relationships. Off the numerous highlights of their excellent customer service, the one that stuck out was when their courtesy extended to my immediate family who were provided services free of charge due to my long standing relationship with the owner. Highly recommended and you can always count on them for all your personal and business needs.

Absolutely love this place. The level of customer service is above average. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Prices are not too bad either. Its my one stop ‘go to’ place for all my stationery and Art supply needs. Would definitely recommend others to go to Al Masam Stationery aswell.

i just love this place, i have been looking for the stationary we use to have next door, during school, not over priced and sophisticated. They have almost most of the things i needed, very welcoming staff working there and very helpful. i am glad i stopped by. thank you and will definitely go there again.
