Disappointed that they closed this quaint and very busy place just recently. There is now a big flyover next to it and three other giant markets built at better access points in UAQall factors in diverting footfall from MANAMA.

Not family hypermarket at all.. not recommended to go with family. Cleanness is not up to the standard. No much promotion and difficult to get the parking.

I visited this Market and from outside it seems pretty nice but when I went inside its kind of Okay as we say.
Also it's nice for Daily stuff that we need for Cooking I mean Vegitables and other foods.
Most of the nearest people visit it for sending / receiving cash through Al Ansaari Exchange.

Al Manama in umm ul quwain is one of the few stores which have good products. The only problem is that some products might not have their price written or the price is written something else and on counter you are charged something else.

Be vary when buying stuff from Manama, usually prices are older ones if things are on sale. Or wrongly quoted. Rest it is a good place to buy grocery and I usually end up buying my monthly grocery from here.

I am careful when purchasing as their return policies are slightly rigid and they might end up giving you voucher to spend at manama.
