HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!
I am the Loyal customer of Al Madina Market at Al quoz Industrial 2 beside the Al Khail Gate. But one of the worst experience had on Wednesday 23/12/2015.There were issue for the meat Bar code while paying the bill in cashier counter and cashier aware from the morning had problem but unfortunately they couldn't fix it.I have to wait more than 30 minutes wait for the drop my apartment as I told to the security to wait the car to fix it out for my bill but they couldn't wait.I paid twice separate bill after while waiting,asked for the manger to see but couldn't find.
Literally they couldn't focus of the customer service as they just do the job for the sake like some one forcing them.
I would like to request to the management team Please provide them Training How to serve the customer and solve the issue not to make complicated as we are paying the money not in free :(
