Worst service ever. I wish i had read the last review before booking because that is exact experience for me. 4.6 stars can either be old or fake reviews. My furniture got broken, plants destroyed, liquids on electronic items, food spilled on the kitchen items. Begged to increase money on the day of moving. Pathetic service attitude. Only the boxes packed by me were the ones to reach properly. No unpacking was done. And no acknowledgement of the damage done by them. Everybody was blaming it on each other.

If there was an option for 0 star we woukd have given that. Never ever take this peoples service.The worst packers and movers in UAE. They dont even know how to talk to people, very rude behaviour. They fix one price and after arrival they increase the price. They pack all items together(dress and kitchen items) and don't even unpack and fix all the items as mentioned. They hve not even taken the carton boxes back. The day we shifted it got late so they said will collect carton in 2 days and they are keeping on extending the date and never collected it. Cupboards and cot fixed wrongly and even after showing them they say its ok. Its fine. Very very bad( the worst) service.

Disgusting way to talk to customers, agreed on a price and when the people came they kept arguing and talking rudely and had to raise the price 200 dirhams more. Only glass packaging was good but they even packed trash too. They saw that only women were there and became so disrespectful

They showed up on time, fast and rapped the items carefully, I gave them 2 jobs, prize is fine but there is always a space for negotiation..
Always ask for professional workers with good experienced people if its a huge move and needed extra care..
Yes, I would hire them in the future, hope then they would keep their service level or even improved..response / report this review -
