  Habtoor Service Center in RAK needs to be upfront and honest with its customers! They always try to add more items to the service bill without clarifying with the customer and that's an underhanded way of dealing.
  
  After service our car was returned with an engine noise that did not exist earlier and Habtoor Service Center refused to take responsibility for it.
  
  I would advise all customers to be aware and cautious when dealing with them.
