Love them great store to buy professional sewing machinery at a fair price .. pieces and spare parts can be found too .. they also have repair service

Incompetent customer service, very slow or rather non existing response to queries. Even after follow up on the same request and hearing promises there is no finalization. The price of item changes every time I require final price and I ended up paying more than we agreed at the beginning. Just unbelievable!!!
