  I used their emergency plumbing service as I had a burst pipe at 12am whilst curfew was on and they told me they couldn't come out even though an emergency. Therefore they would send someone first thing at 10am!!
  Anyway, they arrived, stripped back the insulation of the chilled water pipe , went away and presented a quote for over AED 5,500!!!
  Disgusted and disappointed I wasted my time I got 2 other companies, with quotes raging from AED 1300-1500 each. Although I told them, the 'best they could do' was 4800. laughable.
  Don't used these rip off companies who take advantage of people, especially in these times.

  The staff is rude the pakistani guy,dont like to sell their lock,he told me go away,its ramadan kareem,dont work if your lazy,this haram shop dont go there,
