  They dont care about online checkin! Checked in the night before and got 3 seat for my family but they changed it by the counter and saying not all the people allowed to seat on the exit row! If thats the rule why the seats are open on the online check in! You must block it so we can pick something that you wont change!

  This is my complain about air arabia with flight from riyadh to sharjah today jan 25,2018 G9152 with more than 2hours delayed and from sharjah - triruvananthapuram also today G9444 which supposed to be 1pm and arrival 18:30 but they informed us when we arrived sharjah that our flight will be 10:50pm. This is much hassle with me with lots of reasons. 1) i book the hotel from january 25, 2017 and i will arrived january 26, 2018 the next day.
  2) me and my husband book for same flight but he arrived on time and they claim that we doesnt have same PNR THE PURPOSE WHY I BOOK SAME FLIGHT AND I PAY EXTRA FOR THE SEAT RESERVATION THEN THEY DIDNT FOLLOW IT.
  I INSIST WE HAVE SAME FLIGHT AND THEY SAID IM CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM RIYADH AND MY HUSBAND IS JUST FROM SHARJAH AND THATS TRUE BUT MY POINT IS WE R IN SAME FLIGHT AND I PAY FOR SEAT RESERVATION? Whats the use of it? Hope u answer all my concern.

  It is first economic flight in Gulf and it is a very good airlines and very sample airpot in sharjah very fast check inn and small duty free

  What can I say?! Can't expect much from economy airlines.. However, timings and cabin space are good enough.. prices are wonderful
