Very bad experience, we took musandam package and there were no snorkeling, fishing etc. Food was not there which they gave in the menu. Worst and horrible food. The travel starting by 6.15 but driver took by 6.45. Mid of the way driver was rude to ladies when they asked to stop for rest rooms. Don't believe in their promises.

Pathetic !!! totally horrible experience. I got price for ticket and i paid and after 5 minutes they informed me that they don,t have ticket. After wasting 30 minutes they told me that it is 200 dhs expensive. just wasted my time there. They keep changing the price for ticket every 10 minutes. Anyone who wants to do booking with them, plz don,t as you will have to regret . Waste of time and energy.

Very bad. Tried to reached them by email &a phone call notting no response their phones are always busy. Plus after that no use of contact then because the customer service is very bad no respect for clients at all.. not for people to know that business with them is bad idea.

such a pathetic service they provide, i have been trying to call from last 3 days to check OTB status for my parents ticket, People transferring calls internally from one agent to another and in between kept me on hold for such a long time and at the end they disconnected the call with no information and intimation. seems
